  • Summary

A fellow initiate, who had practiced nadi tsa (Qi Mai), is sharing his spiritual experience with the proof from nadi tsa practice that the Guan Yin Method is all-inclusive and covering all aspects in psychic, physical and the Qi realms. Supreme Master comments that: it’s so easy to practice the Guan Yin Method! But practicing nadi tsa is a hard job; in this complex system, one should work really hard. Practicing well, one may get some supernatural power and uplift morality, lessen sexual desires and appetite, sleep less while having good health and spirit. But there would be no change in their tolerance .

By practicing the Guan Yin Method, however, it’s easy to open every aspect. That’s why in Shurangama Sutra, Manjushri Buddha, Sakyamuni Buddha and Avalokitesvara all praised the Guan Yin Method. They said if the sense base of the ear is opened up, everything will be opened, including six sense organs and even the mind, we will be broad-minded . From other methods, one would benefit as long as he is truly sincere and practices very diligently, but it is not totally guaranteed , moreover, one has to make great effort yet gain little result . We Guan Yin practitioners benefit so much while making so little effort. This is more beneficial.

Supreme Master Ching Hai's lectures are not a complete meditation instruction. Please do not try alone.
